Management Team
Sanjeev has a long history of building global teams and architecting large-scale, n-tier, highly scalable, multi-tenant, enterprise class software products with rich web and mobile interfaces. He brings a strong combination of technical, business and management skills with a proven ability to translate marketing vision into deployable products.
At Conformia (a startup funded by Sequoia and Foundation Capital) he was responsible for all Product and Platform technologies. There he built and delivered n-tier, highly scalable product that was offered as SaaS and on-premise to meet the needs of the highly regulated Life Sciences industry. In 2009, he joined Oracle’s Health Sciences Business Unit where he was responsible for the development of a number of Health Sciences products.
Prior to Conformia, he was an early member of another startup, Aspect Development that went pulic in 1996 and was acquired by i2 Technologies for $9.2B in 2001. It was the largest software acquisition of its time. There he had the opportunity to develop the products that were the content management engines behind a number of the world's largest B2B exchanges. There he also led the development of one of first Integration frameworks that enabled exchange of data (XML) across the best of breed web based prodcts of that time such as Ariba, Commerce One, SAP, etc. It also enabled a mechanism to securely integrate and exchange data between the exchange and exchange partner's intranet. These products were extremely successful and generated revenue of $40+ million in the first year that had an ASP of $3 - $5 million and an installed base of 80+ of the world’s largest companies.
Sanjeev holds a Bachelor in Computer Engineering and Masters in Computer Science. He lives in Sunnyvale, CA with his wife and two children.
